KSA Labour Laws

Program Overview

This course provides a practical overview of the Saudi Arabian Labour Law framework, with a strong focus on the newly introduced amendments. Participants will gain a clear understanding of employer and employee obligations, workforce compliance requirements, and best practices for managing employment relationships in line with current regulations.


The program addresses key areas such as labour and immigration requirements, employment of Saudi nationals, workplace protections, lawful termination, and dispute resolution. Special attention is given to workers’ rights, including provisions related to working women, maternity protections, occupational health and safety, and regulated working conditions.


By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to interpret and apply Saudi Labour Law confidently, ensure compliance with recent amendments, and minimize legal and operational risks within their organization's growth and attract foreign investment while protecting the rights, development, and participation of the local workforce.
