Program Overview

Engaging employees and building teams can be challenging because it requires bringing together and managing different kinds of people. Skilled leaders use a variety of tools and techniques for building high performance teams. Motivation is only a temporary solution to a permanent problem. Leaders today must inspire people. When employees are inspired they feel valued and provide a higher level of productivity. Employees must be inspired to help them work harder, find satisfaction in their job and fulfill their professional goals.


This Inspiring & Engaging High Performance Teams workshop, provides intensive training in each stage of team building and development process such as identifying team player types, brain writing, management of disagreements, analysing tools, self-assessment and more. This interactive workshop is designed to empower leaders to create and manage outstanding teams.

 

This program also provides skill development in the various methods of employee inspiration such as the object-oriented theory, the expectancy theory, goal setting and using individualized KII (Key Inspirational Indicators). This program helps organizations carry out highly successful motivational programs that help employees feel more productive, satisfied and enthusiastic.
