This Executive Leadership Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving course will help leaders understand the ability to gain a solid grasp of organizational structures and systems, the effects of change on both human and organizational behavior, and insight into and experience with a variety of problem solving and analytical thinking processes. Any decision is the product of a problem solving process. Participants will learn decision making processes that help them achieve ethical, systemic, sustainable and creative outcomes.

This course  introduces a substantive conception of analytical thinking and how to infuse this concept throughout leadership. It fosters understanding of how to teach analytical thinking skills to leaders through any subject or discipline, and at any level of leadership. In this course, you will be introduced to the elements of reasoning, universal intellectual standards, and intellectual traits through readings, discussions, and practical application activities. You will redesign lessons and strategies using the concepts and principles of executive-level analytical thinking.
