Creating Executive Influence & Inspirational Leadership

Program Overview

Today’s competitive market, leaders need to obtain results through working effectively with others. Exceptional influencing skills enable leaders to do this successfully regardless of designation and positional power. In this highly motivational and interactive Creative Executive Influence & Inspirational Leadership, participants will gain insights into the nature of influence and own influence style that will equip leaders with the knowledge they need to build credibility with others – no matter what level of the organization you are dealing with. Participants will learn to craft compelling messages that will allow them to connect emotionally to their stakeholders and enable them to negotiate with greater success.


This dynamic retreat workshop addresses the specific management challenges associated with managing and working within a team, where the team is task‐focused. The stages of team development are mapped against the life cycle of a typical project, and the team management activities associated with each stage of team development are identified. This is a very hands‐on workshop where leaders will have the opportunity to identify their team management priorities, understand the management preferences of their team members and develop a personal action plan for addressing these preferences.


This high-energy workshop will focus on the a corporate culture philosophy and core values. In addition, participants will increase their individual knowledge and skill levels in strategic management, inspiring a workforce and inspiring a team. They will gain skills using live (role play) methods, techniques and tools which will improve the Senior Managers effectiveness as team leaders and team members. Demonstration on key areas will be reinforced during the “hands on” workshop sessions to develop methods and techniques which can be directly applied to the individuals own department situation and improve the leader’s understanding of effective communication within a team.


The focus will detail the key skills necessary by leaders required to lead, inspire and influence a team or those required to work within one. The main subject areas which will be addressed in detail are Strategic Planning, team building, team management, the individual’s roles within the team, communication and problem solving methods and techniques will also be demonstrated with regard to practical applications within a team structure. Providing the opportunity to develop skills and practice.
